TheraFit contains Bifidobacterium B-3

One of the active ingredients found in Therafit is the probiotic Bifidobacterium B-3.

Bifidobacterium is a well-studied genus of beneficial bacteria that naturally inhabits the human gut. There are many species of bifidobacteria, and, like all probiotics, their health benefits are strain-specific. Bifidobacterium B-3 is a clinically backed, room-temperature-stable strain that has been shown to support various aspects of healthy metabolism.

The figure below is from a placebo-controlled human clinical study, which followed subjects for 12 weeks comparing TheraFit’s strain of probiotic, B-3 to placebo. The study found that the probiotic promotes weight loss after 12 weeks of supplementation compared to baseline and placebo. The average weight loss is 1 kg over the course of 12 weeks.
